How to use Isopropyl cleaner

Before using the IPA cleaner (rubbing alcohol) test the material or surface to be cleaned to ensure it is a suitable product and will not damage the material.

Clean the surface by wiping it down to remove dust

Dampen a cloth or cotton bud with the cleaning fluid, or spray using a spray bottle

Clean the surface taking care not to leave any pools of solution

The surface to be cleaned can also be immersed gently then the solution is allowed to evaporate

CAUTION

As a solvent Isopropyl Alcohol can damaged certain finishes and/or coatings of a surface. Avoid using any rubbing alcohol on painted, shellacked, lacquered, or varnished surfaces, including treated wood.

Same for fabric, it is best to avoid using isopropyl alcohol to clean or sanitise delicate or synthetic materials like acetate, rayon, wool, and silk.

IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
