Designed in conjunction with the UK's leading photometric laboratory, the Diamond has been made in 2 models for optimum coverage, because levels of lamp efficiency differ vary due to lamp size. The D400 has been designed for optimum use with a 400/600w lamp with a coverage of 1m2, and a mounting height of 30/50cm above plant tops.
The unique Diamond Reflector is different from anything else currently available to the indoor grower. It has been specifically engineered to reflect all usable light down towards your plants with total uniformity, avoiding the creation of any hotspots and ensuring consistent growth across all of your plants. With highly reflective curved surfaces as well as closed ends for increased light focus, the Diamond reflector is a great choice for those growers looking for a little more intensity from their lamps.

About the Ballast .
Maxibright Compact power pack. This unit has an encapsulated choke potted in resin in an injection-moulded enclosure, which ensures silent running. The choke also incorporates a thermal cut out device to protect against lamp rectification and shorts. The igniter is also timed to protect against lamp failure. The unit is also wall mountable.
The most Compact ballast units available fully encapsulated within an injection-moulded resin case which ensures Silent running.
The Maxibright Compact unit will run both Sodium and Metal halide lamps and are available in 250w, 400w, 600w and 1000w units.
